About Us

Our
Story
Together, our team brings together 15 years of experience in veterinary medicine, project management, clinical trials, and healthcare quality improvement. We had been using Zoom for over a year when the pandemic started. I was immediately contacted to help the Calgary emergency medicine department to transition their grand rounds to a virtual delivery and once things calmed down we were able to publish a paper on the lessons we learned. Since then, I’ve worked with companies like Ferring, Bausch Health, Dexcom, and Pfizer to deliver over 80 online and hybrid continuing education sessions. In that time we’ve learned how to set up, trouble shoot, and plan for a stress free online event that maximizes attendance and engages both in-person and online attendees.
Over the past two years everyone has had to jump to Zoom, Teams, and WebEx for continuing education, conferences, meetings, and advisory boards. The pharmaceutical reps and administrators who were tasked with producing these online events have had to learn on the fly and now have this new responsibility on top of their existing role. As the pandemic waves roll on, some people get excited to meet in person while others still prefer to meet online. Therefore, we believe the demand for hybrid events will be strong going forward. Some may feel comfortable producing online webinars but hybrid events introduce many new challenges. Let us guide you through those challenges.
