Providing Everything You Need
Pre-Session
Before your event we will create the online event. We can help create recruitment documents and provide regular registration updates. We provide your speaker(s) with test sessions to practice with the technology and go over any tips for effective presentations.
In Session
At the start of your session we provide an introduction and we're comfortable moderating Q&A. We can create and launch interactive polls, facilitate breakout rooms, and scribe for group discussions on virtual whiteboards. All while assisting attendees with technical issues, monitoring for glitches, and ensuring a seamless delivery.
Post-Session
After your session we provide you with speaker evaluation results, a recording (if requested), and attendance statistics so you can see exactly where the session succeeded or could be improved.
